TO QUALIFY FOR A COMMISSION AS A BUYER’S BROKER:
1. YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR CLIENT ON YOUR LETTERHEAD, AND HAVE IT COUNTERSIGNED BY YOUR CLIENT.
2. WE MUST RECEIVE THIS LETTER AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE THE AUCTION, ANY CO-SIGNED LETTERHEADS RECEIVED LATE WILL NOT QUALIFY FOR A COMMISSION, NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. YOU MUST ATTEND AT LEAST 1 OPEN WITH YOU CLIENT OR SHOW THE PROPERTY TO YOUR CLIENT PRIOR TO THE AUCTION
4. AT THE AUCTION YOU MUST ATTEND WITH YOUR CLIENT AND BID ON THEIR BEHALF.
5. BROKERS BIDDING ON THERE ON BEHALF, OR AS PART OF A GROUP ARE EXCLUDED FROM BROKER PARTICIPATION.
6. THE COMMISSION ON EACH AUCTION MAY VARIY PLEASE CONTACT US TO FIND OUT WHAT THE CURRENT RATE IS FOR THE AUCTION YOU WISH TO BE A PART OF.
7. ANY CURRENT CLIENT OF THE AUCTION DEPARTMENT IS EXCLUDING FROM BROKER PARTICIPATION.

1. COMMISSION RATES VARY, BUT WE WILL PAY TOP REFERRAL FEE FOR YOUR LISTING. PLEASE ASK US FOR DETAILS.
2. SIMPLY CALL US IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE A PROPERTY THAT YOU FELL MAY BE A GOOD CANDIDATE FOR AN AUCTION, AND WE WILL INSPECT THE PROPERTY AND LET YOU KNOW IF WE AGREE.
3. DON’T FORGET PROPERTIES THAT ARE FRESH TO THE MARKET ALWAYS DO THE BEST. WHY LIST IT IF YOU CAN EARN YOUR COMMISSION IN 30 DAYS AT AN AUCTION.
4. WHY LET A LISTING EXPIRE, AND LOSE A COMMISSION WHEN ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SUGGEST AN AUCTION TO YOUR CLIENT. YOU NEVER KNOW, THEY MAY HAVE BEEN THINKING OF GOING THAT ROUTE ANYWAY.
